Details: Saanane island is the smallest National Park in Tanzania but rich in impressions: On a walk on this remote island you will see Zebras and Antelopes, Monkeys and a high variety of birds. Trip To The Ukerewe Island

(based on a two person trip)
Details: This trip is our low budget adventure trip. You will take a ferry to reach the island, enjoy the sunset from a very beautiful viewpoint, do a bicycle tour to the Rutare hill to have a unique view of the island. You will also have the opportunity to make a canoe trip and join a local fisher at his work.
If you want to add experiences like visiting a local storyteller or a traditional healer, exploring the Chief´s Palace and an old Roman Church or a trip to another island feel free to let us know.

Trip To The Rubondo Island

Details: Until today Rubondo island is almost undiscovered by tourists. This is part of the charme of this beautiful island. In the thirties the first president of Tanzania, Nyerere, decided to set free wild animals like elephants and chimpanzees on the island. Except for this the nature of this island in the Lake Victoria is almost untouched by human beings.
The forest and the beaches seem to be part of a fairy tale and local guides offer great tours to experience the island.
